4、 Working principle
The working principle of a scraper conveyor is to use an open chute as a support for coal, gangue, or materials, and fix the scraper on a chain (forming a scraper chain) as a traction component. After the transmission part of the machine head is started, the sprocket on the drive head shaft rotates, causing the scraper chain to circulate and move the animal material along the chute until it is unloaded at the machine head. The scraper chain runs continuously in a closed loop around the chain rotation to complete the transportation of materials.
