Because the machine can move freely and can be transported continuously at any position horizontally, obliquely and vertically, it is especially suitable for field mobile operations, such as concrete mixing stations, bulk material storage and transportation, etc., which can reflect its progressiveness and superiority.
2、 The structural characteristics of inclined screw conveyor:
1. The inclined screw conveyor belongs to the non basic fixed type, which is composed of a drive motor reducer and a shell tube spiral body connected in sequence, combined into a whole.
2. The shaft end is connected to the spiral body using involute splines (or rectangular splines), which is easy to assemble and disassemble and has a high load-bearing capacity.
3. The conveyor shell is connected by steel pipes through flanges to form a whole, so it has good overall rigidity and can be freely selected for working position and posture, and can be disassembled and moved freely.
4. The inlet and outlet can be designed with the required tilt angle according to the work site conditions, and connected and fixed with other supporting equipment.
5. The spiral blades of this machine are made of integral connected blades rolled from disc-shaped steel strips, with high precision of the spiral surface, precise size of the inner hole outer diameter spiral pitch, and good conveying conditions (if single piece welded blades are used, the above requirements must be met).
