Hydraulic packing machine

The hydraulic packer is mainly used to recycle compressed cardboard, waste film, waste paper, foamed plastic, beverage cans, industrial leftovers and other packaging materials and waste products, reduce waste storage space, save up to 80% of the stacking space, reduce transportation costs, and is conducive to environmental protection and waste recycling. (1) The hydraulic oil added to the oil tank should strictly use high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil, which must be strictly filtered, and sufficient oil volume should be maintained regularly. If it is insufficient, the oil should be added immediately.
(2) The fuel tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil every six months, but the filtered oil for the first cleaning should not exceed one month. The new oil that has been used once is allowed to be reused after strict filtration.
(3) Each lubrication point of the machine should be filled with lubricating oil at least once per shift as required.
(4) The debris in the material box should be cleaned up in a timely manner.
(5) Those who have not studied and do not understand the structure, performance, and operating procedures of the machine are not allowed to start the machine without authorization.
(6) When the machine experiences severe oil leakage or abnormal phenomena during operation, it should be stopped immediately to analyze the cause and eliminate the fault, and forced operation is not allowed.
(7) During the operation of the machine, no repairs or contact with moving parts are allowed, and it is strictly prohibited to press materials in the material box with hands or feet.
(8) When adjusting pumps, valves, and pressure gauges, experienced technicians must be present. If a malfunction is found in the pressure gauge, it should be checked or replaced immediately.
(9) Users should develop detailed maintenance and safety operation procedures based on specific circumstances.
