For high-pressure vortex air pumps, the commonly used accessory for pressure operation is a pressure relief valve, which is an unloading valve. When the operating pressure of the vortex air pump exceeds the set pressure of the pressure relief valve, the pressure relief valve will automatically open, releasing excess pressure and protecting the vortex air pump. The working pressure range of the pressure relief valve can be adjusted.

The vortex air pump is mainly made of high-strength and fatigue resistant high-quality aluminum alloy material, which has the characteristics of compact structure, small volume, and light weight. The vortex pump adopts a motor direct connection type, which does not require any variable speed mechanism. Due to its simple structure and direct transmission form, it also has the advantages of low noise, low energy consumption, stable performance, and easy maintenance

The air pump should be placed in a relatively stable place, and the surrounding environment should be clean, dry, and well ventilated.
The rotation direction of the air pump impeller must be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the fan casing.
Regularly maintain and lubricate the bearings at both ends like a regular electric motor. (3 # Molybdenum Disulfide Lithium Base grease or 7018 High Speed Lubricating grease)
The filter screens and silencers at both ends of the inlet and outlet should be cleaned in a timely manner according to the situation to avoid blockage and affect use.
A reinforced rubber (or plastic) hose should be used for soft connection between the air pump outlet and the external pipeline.
