Plug valves are suitable for cutting off and connecting media as well as diverting flow, but depending on the applicable properties and the erosion resistance of the sealing surface, they can sometimes also be used for throttling. Due to the wiping effect of the movement between the sealing surfaces of the plug valve, and the ability to prevent contact with the flowing medium when fully open, it is usually also suitable for media with suspended particles. Another important feature of a plug valve is its ease of adapting to multi-channel structures, allowing one valve to obtain two, three, or even four different flow channels. This can simplify the design of pipeline systems, reduce the number of valves used, and minimize the need for connecting accessories in equipment. Features:
1. Asphalt plug valve is an insulation component valve used in equipment with easily solidified media such as asphalt, heavy oil, and thick materials. There is no other space inside the valve except for the flow channel, and the medium will not accumulate in the valve chamber after passing through.
2. The valve body is equipped with an insulation layer on the outside, which can be heated by steam or thermal oil. Even if the external temperature drops below zero, the valve can still maintain the smooth flow of the medium in the flow channel and will not freeze.
3. The valve is easy to operate, flexible and convenient, and can be rotated 90 degrees to cut off and connect the pipeline medium.
4. The product design and manufacturing strictly follow the GB/T22130-2008 standard, with a reasonable structure and fast opening and closing speed.
5. The valve body is made of high-temperature cast steel material, which can withstand temperatures up to 425 ℃ and pressures up to PN ≤ 420 kg.
6. The sealing surface adopts body sealing, and after precision machining, it is ground with high precision with the valve core to ensure reliable sealing.
7. The insulation connection end of the valve adopts flange connection, thus avoiding the phenomenon of thermal expansion of the thermal medium through the insulation layer and leakage of the insulation medium. Better achieve heating effect.

Working Principle:
The asphalt plug valve adopts an insulation jacket design, which utilizes an external heat source to circulate heating outside the valve, effectively preventing temperature loss when the medium passes through the valve and ensuring the temperature of the medium.
