Wastewater often contains a large amount of phosphorus, and discharging it into water bodies can cause excessive growth of algae, leading to eutrophication and deterioration of water quality. After extensive on-site practical experience verification, it has been found that in the treatment of domestic and industrial wastewater,Integrated electrocoagulation electrolytic phosphorus removal equipmentThe phosphorus removal rate reaches over 90%.

While removing phosphorus, efficient electrolytic flocculation is utilized to generate highly active flocculent groups with adsorption properties, which have a good removal effect on insoluble polymer organic matter; Meanwhile, by combining with electric flotation and electro oxidation, the removal rate of organic matter can be further improved, especially for organic matter that is difficult to biodegrade. Strong oxidation can be used to cut off chemical bonds and enhance the biodegradability of organic matter. Combined with biochemical treatment methods, the removal rate of COD can be further reduced to 30% -80%. Continuously and stably ensuring that the effluent meets Class A discharge standards.

The reaction principle of the electrolytic phosphorus removal reactor is to use metals such as aluminum and iron as anodes. Under the action of direct current, the anode is dissolved, producing Al and Fe ions. Through a series of hydrolysis, polymerization, and oxidation processes of ferrous, they develop into various hydroxyl complexes, multi-core hydroxyl complexes, and even hydroxides, causing colloidal impurities and suspended impurities in the wastewater to condense and precipitate and separate. At the same time, charged pollutant particles swim in the electric field, and some of their charges are neutralized by the electrode, promoting their destabilization and sedimentation. When wastewater is subjected to electrolytic flocculation treatment, it not only has a coagulation and precipitation effect on colloidal and suspended impurities, but also can remove various pollutants in water due to the oxidation effect of the anode and the reduction effect of the cathode.
Taking iron electrodes as an example: During the electrolysis process, Fe2+released from the anode and Fe3+in the solution react with phosphorus in the form of phosphate ions to form insoluble iron salts. In addition, some Fe2+and Fe3+react with OH - in the solution within a certain pH range to form insoluble iron hydroxyl compounds. These iron containing hydroxyl complexes can undergo colloidal flocculation, thereby achieving the effect of treating water quality.

Integrated electrocoagulation electrolytic phosphorus removal equipmentCustomizing module structures of appropriate sizes based on the internal space, processing capacity, and processing requirements of integrated equipment not only reduces equipment investment costs for customers, but also increases the overall aesthetics of the equipment.
