It is an environmentally friendly equipment customized by our company with more than ten years of production and on-site installation experience, and is also a relatively rare high-efficiency dust, smoke and gas removal equipment in the market. It can effectively remove organic waste gases such as benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, acetone, butanone, ethanol, acrylic acid, formaldehyde, as well as acid and alkali waste gases such as hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, and ammonia generated in factory workshops. Working Principle:

Through the gravitational force of the fan, welding smoke and exhaust gas are sucked into the equipment inlet through a universal vacuum hood. A flame arrester is installed at the equipment inlet, and sparks are blocked by the flame arrester. Smoke and dust gases enter the settling chamber and are first directly lowered to the ash hopper by gravity and upward airflow. Fine smoke and dust are captured on the outer surface by the filter element. After being filtered and purified by the filter element, clean gas flows into the clean room from the center of the filter element. Clean air is further purified by an activated carbon filter and discharged through the outlet to meet the standard.

1. Not suitable for purifying dust containing oil mist, water mist, and strong adhesion;

2. It is also not suitable for purifying dusty gases with explosion hazards or sparks;

3. When dealing with dusty gases with high relative humidity, insulation measures should be taken (especially in winter), which can cause "bag sticking" due to condensation;

4. When used for purifying corrosive gases, it can cause corrosion of filter bags;

5. Cooling measures should be taken to treat high-temperature flue gas, reducing the temperature of the flue gas to below the temperature that the filter bag can withstand for long-term operation, otherwise the filter bag will burn.
