2、 Installation and usage instructions

Connect the liquid nitrogen delivery pipe attached to the liquid nitrogen supply tank firmly to the IN1 and IN2 interfaces of the control cabinet, and connect the OUT outlet to the terminal equipment.

Attention: Please make sure to tighten the joints at both ends of the liquid nitrogen infusion tube to prevent the occurrence of liquid nitrogen running, emitting, leaking, dripping, etc., in order to avoid the loss of liquid nitrogen and possible harm to the human body!

Attention: Please connect this device reliably to the ground to prevent electric shock accidents!

3、 Control software operation instructions

This system control software consists of six modules: initial screen, monitoring screen, system parameters, liquid level curve, pressure curve, and data export.

3.1 Initial Screen

The above figure shows the initial startup screen. Click on the corresponding dialog box to view the monitoring screen, system parameters, liquid level curve, pressure curve, and related data export.

3.2 Monitoring Screen

The monitoring module real-time monitors important data such as liquid level data, pressure data, system operation time, and the operating status of various solenoid valves in tanks A and B.

A tank liquid level: display real-time liquid level changes inside A tank;

B tank liquid level: display real-time liquid level changes inside B tank;

A tank pressure: display real-time pressure changes inside A tank;

B tank pressure: display real-time pressure changes inside B tank;

Running time: Record the duration of system control operation;

A-tank manual: When the system is shut down, the A-tank solenoid valve can be manually opened/closed, and the green light indicates that it is currently in the open state;

B tank manual: When the system is shut down, the B tank solenoid valve can be manually opened/closed, and the green light indicates that it is currently in the open state;

Drain valve: The main drain solenoid valve can be manually opened/closed in any state, and a green light indicates that it is currently in the open state;

Mute: When the system generates an alarm, manually release the alarm button;

A tank operation: Click on the system to automatically open the A tank solenoid valve (the current system liquid level is higher than the lower limit switching set value). When the A tank liquid level is lower than the set value, it will automatically close and open the B tank solenoid valve at the same time;

B tank operation: Click on the system to automatically open the B tank solenoid valve (the current system liquid level is higher than the lower limit switching set value). When the B tank liquid level is lower than the set value, it will automatically close and at the same time open the A tank solenoid valve;

Stop: System stop button;

3.3 System Parameters

Switching value for lower limit of liquid level in tank A: When the liquid level in tank A reaches the lower limit, it will automatically switch to using liquid in tank B and issue an alarm value (it is recommended to set it to 100);

Switching value for lower limit of liquid level in tank B: When the liquid level in tank B reaches the lower limit, it will automatically switch to using liquid in tank A and issue an alarm value (it is recommended to set it to 100);

A tank liquid level alarm release value: Set the A tank liquid level to trigger an alarm when it reaches the lower limit, and release the lower limit alarm when the liquid level reaches the specified height value after replenishing the refrigerant again (the set value must be greater than the lower limit alarm value);

B tank liquid level alarm release value: Set the B tank liquid level to trigger an alarm when it reaches the lower limit, and release the lower limit alarm when the liquid level reaches the specified height value after replenishing the refrigerant again (the set value must be greater than the lower limit alarm value).
