LS-W type shaftless screw conveyor

The LS-W type shaftless screw conveyor is suitable for grid slag treatment in urban sewage treatment plants, residential area sewage pretreatment devices, municipal rainwater/sewage pump stations, and water plants. It is mainly used in conjunction with equipment such as grids or dewatering machines to transport grid slag or dewatered sludge.

Structure and working principle

This equipment adopts a shaftless spiral type. When materials enter from the feeding hopper of the conveyor, they are pushed and slid by the rotation of the spiral blades, transported along the U-shaped conveyor trough to the discharge port, and matched with the press or garbage truck to process the materials in the next step.

Main features

1. The equipment operates reliably, has a large conveying capacity, a long conveying distance, and can be used for multi-point material loading and continuous conveying;

2. The conveying direction is determined by the spiral direction of the spiral blades and the rotation direction of the motor, and bidirectional conveying can be implemented;

3. The U-shaped groove is equipped with an inner lining, which has strong wear resistance, long service life, and easy replacement;

4. The conveyor frame is fixed with expansion bolts and does not require embedded parts;

5. This device can be linked with supporting equipment for easy control, and can also be equipped with a local control box on its own.
