Purpose:

Structure and working principle

The ZQK type mesh grille is mainly composed of a frame, a driving device, a transmission chain, a rake plate, a slag cleaning device, etc. When the equipment is working, the driving device drives the chain to rotate in a circular manner. The rake plate connected to the chain is separated and lifted out of the solid impurities in the processing medium under the action of the cleaning device and gravity. It is thoroughly removed by the dual action of the cleaning device and gravity, and finally the rake plate is cleaned by the flushing device. Solid impurities are separated, while liquid flows through the gaps in the rake plate, and the entire process continues.
