1Purpose:

The peripheral transmission scraper is suitable for amplitude flow primary or secondary sedimentation tanks in sewage treatment plants. Its main function is to scrape and collect the sludge settled at the bottom of the tank to the mud collection pit, and then discharge it through the sludge discharge pipe for sludge reflux or concentration dewatering.

Depending on the situation, a slag scraping mechanism can also be installed on the pool surface to collect floating slag and discharge it out of the pool through a floating slag funnel.

3、 Construction and working process:

The peripheral transmission scraper can be divided into two forms based on the difference between the working bridge and the scraper plate: full bridge and half bridge.The peripheral transmission scraper consists of main components such as a working bridge, scraper arm and scraper plate assembly, central support, drive mechanism, collector, and electric control box, as well as accessories such as a water outlet triangular weir plate, stabilizing cylinder, slag blocking plate, and scum scraper(Whether to provide a mutually agreed upon composition).

The working bridge is driven by the drive mechanism installed around it, and rotates around the central support installed on the center pier of the pool. The scraper arm suspended under the work bridge drives the logarithmic spiral scraper plate to rotate, and the sludge settled at the bottom of the pool is collected by the scraper plate into the mud collection pit.

The floating slag on the liquid surface is concentrated in the gradually shrinking area formed by the floating slag scraper and the surrounding slag blocking plate, and is scraped by the floating slag scraper to the slag collection hopper and discharged outside the pool.
