The exhaust gas from lithium battery factories mainly comes from the coating process of lithium batteries, namely the coating of the positive and negative electrodes of lithium batteries and the coating of separators. The coating of the positive and negative electrodes of lithium batteries generates organic exhaust gas by coating a layer of organic solvents (N-methylpyrrolidone, ethanol) on the positive and negative electrodes of lithium batteries. The coating of lithium battery separators is a layer of organic solvents (acetone, ethanol) applied during the printing and packaging of separators on the surface of lithium batteries.
