RCOIt is an industrial organic waste gas purification device that uses catalysts to decompose VOCs into water and carbon dioxide, while utilizing the heat storage capacity of a thermal storage body to recycle the heat generated by VOCs oxidation reactions. It mainly includes reversing valves, thermal storage beds, catalytic beds, heaters and other equipment. Huashijie is the drafting unit of the industry standard JB/T13733-2020 "Industrial Organic Waste Gas Thermal Storage Catalytic Combustion Device".
RCOcharacteristic. The device consists of a box shell, an intake system, and an exhaust system. The upper cover of the box is a movable opening mechanism, which can easily extract the air inside the entire box; The fan of the intake system is an axial flow fan with an air volume of 0.3m/min; The exhaust outlet of the exhaust system is equipped with a flame arrester.
Heating the organic waste gas to above 760 ℃, the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the waste gas are oxidized and decomposed into CO ₂ and H ₂ O in the combustion chamber. The high-temperature gas generated by oxidation flows through a specially designed ceramic heat storage body, causing the ceramic body to heat up and "store heat". The next process is for the waste gas to pass through the already "stored" ceramic, transferring the heat of the ceramic to the waste gas. The organic waste gas is repeatedly heat exchanged through the ceramic as a heat exchanger carrier, thereby saving fuel consumption, reducing operating costs, achieving a purification efficiency of up to 99%, and a heat recovery efficiency of up to 95%.
