RCO Project CaseDesign based on the principle that zeolite has a large specific surface area and different intermolecular forces under different temperature conditions. Under low temperature conditions, organic waste gas with high air volume passes through a zeolite wheel, and VOCs molecules are adsorbed on its surface. The waste gas passing through the zeolite wheel can be directly discharged. The zeolite wheel that adsorbs a large amount of VOCs enters the high-temperature desorption zone, and the VOCs molecules on the zeolite wheel are desorbed using a small amount of high-temperature exhaust gas. High concentration exhaust gas is formed and sent to the exhaust gas oxidation system at the rear for thermal oxidation treatment. The purified exhaust gas can be directly discharged.
