YKS-500WLithium ion oil pump

YKS-500WLithium ion oil pump

1. Regularly add grease. The electric pumping pump rotates at high speed, and the lubricating grease is easy to evaporate. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the lubrication at the bearing clean and pay attention to adding grease

Change. 2. Regular inspection and maintenance are required for electric pumping pumps. It is necessary to check the power lines, including internal connections, plugs, switches, insulation resistance, loose brush tailstock, good contact between commutator and brush, short circuits or open circuits in armature or stator windings, and damage to bearings and rotating parts.

3. Ensure that each part is the same as the replacement part. When disassembling and inspecting this pump, each part should be stored properly, and special attention should be paid to the explosion-proof surface of the explosion-proof part to prevent damage, including insulation pads and sleeves. If there is damage, new identical parts must be replaced, and substitute materials with lower performance than the original material or parts with different specifications should not be used. During assembly, all parts should be installed in their original positions without omission. 4. Pay attention to insulation resistance. For electric pumps that have been unused for a long time or used in humid environments, the insulation resistance of the winding must be measured with a 500 volt megohmmeter before use. When the insulation resistance between the winding and the motor casing is less than 7 megohms, the winding must be dried. 5. Electric liquid pumps should be inspected regularly, usually once every six months, and those that are frequently used should be inspected every three months to eliminate internal dust and oil stains. If there is too much dust on the commutator, the surface of the commutator can be cleaned with alcohol. If there are damaged parts, they should be replaced with the same parts.
