The working principle of this dust detector is based on the principle of electrostatic induction. The detected dust particles move with the airflow inside the pipeline, and when the dust particles pass through the dust meter probe, they rub and collide with the probe, causing dynamic charge induction and generating charge signals. The dust analyzer will collect dynamic charge signals and obtain corresponding dust particle data through multi-stage operation amplification, filtering, and calculation processing. Continuously collecting dust particle data through a software system, and finally obtaining dust concentration through complex algorithm statistics.
The principle of electrostatic detection is widely applied and suitable for the detection environment of gas-solid two-phase flow. The collection process does not require manual intervention, is efficient and convenient, and has strong real-time data.

1. Adopting improved AC coupling technology, it has high sensitivity and good linearity for dust detection. Dust contamination of the probe does not affect the measurement sensitivity and is maintenance free and cleaning free.
2. Standard two-wire 4-20mA current output (other output methods can be customized), strong anti-interference ability, easy long-distance signal transmission, no special requirements for signal transmission wires, linear relationship between output current and dust concentration, convenient for subsequent PLC data processing.
3. The integrated transmitter output 4-20mA current in the junction box is electrically isolated from the dust sensing probe to achieve safe signal transmission.
4. The product has an integrated structure, and the measuring electrodes are made of imported protective materials, which improves the ability to withstand high temperatures, corrosion, and adhesion, reduces cleaning and maintenance, extends the service life, and improves product quality.
5. The main body of the sensor is designed with airtight connectors to prevent the leakage of the measured gas and the outward impact and extrusion of the measuring electrode due to pressure, ensuring the safety of the transmitter and personnel.
