working principle

When ferromagnetic materials are placed in a magnetic field, their geometric dimensions will change. When a polarized ferromagnetic rod undergoes deformation, it causes a change in magnetic field strength inside the rod, which is called magnetostriction effect/Displacement transmitter based onThe principle of magnetostriction inverse effect is to apply an excitation pulse in the electronic head to generate a torsional stress wave in the ceramic excitation plate. The stress wave propagates down the waveguide wire and causes deformation at the polarized part. The deformation causes a change in the magnetic field inside the polarized waveguide wire. The position signal is obtained through the processing of the receiving and measuring circuit, and the calculated signal is the desired liquid level or displacement to be detected.
