A magnetic water processor is a device in which water cuts magnetic field lines at a certain flow rate, causing various molecules and ions to obtain a certain amount of magnetic energy and undergo deformation, which destroys its scaling ability. The magnetized water used as cooling water can turn the calcium and magnesium ions in the water pipe into loose slag that flows away with the water, thereby preventing the formation and removal of scale.

By utilizing the enormous energy stored in neodymium iron boron rare earth permanent magnet materials and optimizing the design, a multi peak vertical center magnetic field is formed. When water or fluid flows through the vertical magnetic field at a speed of ≥ 1.5 meters/second, an electromotive force will be generated, refining the crystal lattice.
