Magnetic water treatment equipment
A magnetic water processor is a device in which water cuts magnetic field lines at a certain flow rate, causing various molecules and ions to obtain a certain amount of magnetic energy and undergo deformation, which destroys its scaling ability. The magnetized water used as cooling water can turn the calcium and magnesium ions in the water pipe into loose slag that flows away with the water, thereby preventing the formation and removal of scale.
Magnetic water treatment equipment
It is a product invented based on the unipolar effect of magnetic fields. The magnet is installed around the fluid pipeline in a unipolar arrangement with S poles. The product changes from positive and negative magnetic poles to unipolar magnetic poles acting on the fluid, and uses physical methods to remove scale, prevent scaling, and kill bacteria and algae. Water is composed of neutral ions and negatively charged molecules. When water flows, it changes to a positive charge and attracts and dissolves surface salts in a positive ion state, bringing them into pipeline equipment. Due to the high potential of pipeline equipment, salts adhere to its surface and crystallize into scale. The HSG external magnetic water processor uses the S pole to give water a strong positive charge, firmly binding the dissolved salts in the water and dissolving existing scale. As a conductor, water flowing through a magnetic field generates static charges according to Faraday's law. The stronger the magnetic field and the faster the flow rate, the better the magnetic induction, that is, the stronger the charge. A positive magnetic field generates a positive charge, while a negative magnetic field generates a negative charge. The positive electrode field is very effective for hard water treatment. The unipolar positive magnetic field magnetizes the water molecules passing through it, changes the bond angle of the water molecules, makes them positively charged, and greatly enhances their orientation effect. It rearranges the water molecules, making them tend towards polarity and increasing solubility. Not only does it enhance the hydration process of ions and reduce the probability of cation anion binding, but it is also surrounded by polarized water molecules during the initial stage of scale formation, making it difficult to release and precipitate from water and deposit on the surface of the equipment, thereby preventing scale formation.
