application
IRO is generally used for conveying airflow with a large amount of solid particles, and the impeller is wear-resistant and does not accumulate materials on the impeller as the primary prerequisite. Sometimes the impeller needs to be treated with wear-resistant measures to ensure that it will not lose dynamic balance for a long time.

Installation and use of fans

1. According to the position of the pneumatic conveying pipeline, lay the foundation according to the dimensions specified in the attached diagram (attached).

2. Before installation, a comprehensive inspection should be conducted on the tightness of the connections between each component, whether the transmission system rotates flexibly, etc. Any problems found should be adjusted and repaired in a timely manner.

3. During installation, pay attention to the casing and impeller to ensure that there are no debris inside. During installation, the air outlet duct and weight should not be added to the fan. When connecting, they should naturally match and should not be forcibly connected.

4. During installation, manually rotate the wheel to check for tightness or collision. If any problems are found, they must be resolved immediately and must not be operated with defects.

5. During the trial operation of the fan, it must run in the designed pipeline network, and there should be regulating valves in the pipeline network. When starting the fan, the valve should be turned down (but not completely closed). When running normally, the valve can be gradually turned up and returned to normal working condition.

6. Materials that the fan cannot withstand, such as oversized, superhard, entangling materials, and iron objects, shall not be fed into the fan.

7. Flammable, explosive, volatile gases and oils must not be allowed to enter the fan.

8. Pay close attention to the sound of the fan, especially when inputting materials, do not overload the motor or fan with too much or too full. If there is any abnormal sound, immediately stop the machine and cut off the power.
