Overview
Rotary mechanical coarse and fine grid cleaning machine: The mechanical fine grid is an advanced water treatment solid-liquid separation equipment, mainly used at the inlet of urban sewage treatment plants, district sewage pretreatment devices, municipal rainwater and sewage pump stations, water plants, and power plant cooling water. This equipment is also widely used in water treatment projects in various industries such as textile, printing and dyeing, food, aquatic products, papermaking, slaughtering, leather making, etc. It is an ideal solid-liquid separation equipment in the water treatment industry.
Product Details

Mechanical fine grilleThe device operation interval can be adjusted according to user needs to achieve periodic operation; It can be automatically controlled based on the liquid level difference before and after the grille; And it has manual control function for easy maintenance. Users can choose freely according to different job needs. Due to the reasonable structural design of the rotary fine grid cleaning machine, it has strong self-cleaning ability during equipment operation and will not cause blockage, so the daily maintenance workload is minimal.

1. The combination of coarse and fine grids saves equipment investment and reduces the footprint of a grid well.

2. The coarse and fine grid integrated machine can meet higher requirements for filtration accuracy (small grid gaps can reach 3mm).

3. It has the function of self dumping slag.

4. Adopting motor overload protection device, safe and reliable.

5. Simple operation, low failure rate, and long service life.

6. Simple structure and easy installation and maintenance.

7. High degree of automation, capable of remote monitoring.

Mechanical fine grilleclassification

1. According to shape, grilles can be divided into two types: flat and curved grilles. A flat grille consists of bars and frames. Curved grilles can be divided into two types: fixed curved grilles and rotating drum grilles.

2. According to the net spacing of the grille bars, it can be divided into three types: coarse grille (50-100mm), medium grille (10-40mm), and fine grille (1.5-10mm). Flat and curved grilles,

They can be made into three types: coarse, medium, and fine. Due to the fact that the grid is an important facility for physical treatment, newly designed sewage treatment plants generally use coarse and medium grids, and even use coarse, medium, and fine grids.

3. According to the slag cleaning method, the grille can be divided into two types: manual slag cleaning and mechanical slag cleaning. Artificial slag removal grid is suitable for small sewage treatment plants. When the amount of slag exceeds 0.2m3/d, in order to improve the labor and hygiene conditions of workers,

Mechanical slag removal grids should be used.

Product Features

The advantages of this equipment are high degree of automation, high separation efficiency, low power consumption, no noise, good corrosion resistance, and can ensure continuous and stable operation without supervision. It is equipped with overload safety protection device, which will automatically shut down in case of equipment failure, avoiding equipment overload operation. This device can adjust the operating interval of the device according to user needs, achieving periodic operation; It can be automatically controlled based on the liquid level difference before and after the grille; And it has manual control function for easy maintenance. Users can choose freely according to different job needs.

Due to the reasonable structural design of the device, it has strong self-cleaning ability during operation and will not cause blockage, so the daily maintenance workload is minimal.

Common faults and troubleshooting methods

During operation, the motor runs normally but the rake teeth do not operate.

Reason for malfunction: The overload of the equipment resulted in the disconnection of the overload safety pin.

Exclusion method:

(1) Remove the safety cover and replace the overload safety pin.

(2) Identify the cause of equipment overload, mainly by checking if there are any debris stuck in the main rake teeth.

(3) If there are any debris stuck in the main rake chain, the machine can only be turned on after removing the debris.

Note: When replacing the overload safety pin, refer to the assembly diagram of the overload safety pin.

2. Steps for replacing broken rake teeth.

(1) Insert the hand crank into the square tenon at the end of the motor, and shake the rake shaft where the broken rake tooth is located to the inspection hole, or use the jog switch on the electric control box to control the motor reducer and operate the rake tooth where the broken rake tooth is located to the inspection hole.

(2) Remove the handle of the inspection hole edge plate.

(3) Use an iron rod to secure the rake chain.

(4) Use snap pliers to remove the snap springs at both ends of the two rake shafts where the broken rake teeth are located.

(5) Pull out the two rake shafts, remove the broken rake teeth, install new rake teeth, insert the rake shafts, and sequentially install the retaining springs.

(6) Simply install the handle of the maintenance hole edge plate.
