The Aervent-50 0.2um pore size hydrophobic filter consists of a 50mm diameter AerventPTFE membrane sandwiched between two polypropylene shells. This sterile grade filter can be used for important small-scale gas sterilization filtration applications. The hydrophobic AerventPTFE membrane has high flow rate and flux, low precipitation and particle shedding, and wide chemical compatibility.

For easy traceability and identification, each Aervent-50 filter is engraved with a product number and batch number, and each Aervent-50 has passed integrity testing during production.

Usage: Used as a sterile respirator for containers and large glass bottles, a sterile respirator for high-pressure sterilization in a vacuum environment, a sterilization filter for non-aqueous solutions, a sterile respirator for small fermentation tanks, rolling bottles, cell factories, and low flow gas filtration.
