The Centricon Plus-70 centrifugal ultrafiltration tube can concentrate samples with a volume range of 15mL-70mL. A large stopping volume of 350uL prevents the sample from becoming too dry due to excessive rotation. Centricon Plus-70 has two vertical regenerated cellulose filter membranes, which are fast, efficient, and flow in a tangential direction. The device is equipped with four different pore sizes of regenerated cellulose filter membranes (3, 10, 30, and 100kD)
