The GR Mo molybdenum water quality online automatic monitoring instrument uses the thiocyanate method to measure the concentration of molybdenum in water. The monitor adopts an integrated design, which can quickly complete sampling and testing work, and has the characteristics of automation, intelligence, stable performance, accuracy and reliability. This monitor is suitable for water quality monitoring in industrial wastewater, domestic sewage, surface water, groundwater, and drinking water fields.

The GR Mo molybdenum water quality online automatic monitoring instrument consists of a sampling system, a metering system, a digestion system, a detection system, and a programmable control system. Collect water samples through an automatic sampling system, and after passing through a high-precision photoelectric sensing measurement system. The sample is melted and leached with alkali, and Mo6+is reduced to Mo5+by ascorbic acid in sulfuric acid medium, thereby reacting with thiocyanate to form a stable orange red complex. Tungsten is masked with citric acid, antimony and bismuth are masked with tartaric acid, and tin is masked with oxalic acid. Other common elements do not interfere. Measure the content of molybdenum using absorbance spectrophotometry at specific wavelengths (differential absorbance spectrophotometry for high concentrations).
