PM type cast iron moisture-proof door

PM type cast iron moisture-proof doors are mainly used for the outlet pipes of water pumps or flow wells in pump stations to prevent the backflow of river tides.

Structure and working principle

This device adopts a double hinged structure, which is a one-way valve installed at the outlet of the drainage pipeline on the bank of the river. When the tide level of the river is higher than the outlet pipe and the cutting pressure is greater than the pressure inside the pipeline, the door panel will automatically close to prevent the river water from flowing into the drainage pipeline.

Main features

1. The door does not require any power, it automatically opens and closes according to the water level, and is easy to install and maintain;

2. Working water pressure: maximum working water pressure of 6 meters;

3. The closure feature is characterized by minimal vibration and impact;

4. The door is closed by its own weight, and in the closed state, the leakage rate of the door should not exceed 20L/min. m;

5. The door body and panel of the door are equipped with lifting ears and rings for easy transportation and loading and unloading.
