Our company has designed a production line equipment specifically for crushing, cleaning and treating sinking and floating materials by introducing advanced foreign technology and combining it with the actual situation in China. The sinking and floating material crushing and cleaning equipment is a complete set of cleaning and separation machines specifically designed for crushing and cleaning waste plastics. For some waste plastic products, there are two types: sinking and floating materials. The uniquely designed cleaning water tank can effectively separate sinking and floating materials, solving a major problem in the market.

1. Crushing: Put the collected products into a specialized medical waste crusher for crushing (with water added)
2. Cleaning: Enter the rinsing tank to further clean the stains on the surface of the material. There is a discharge screw at the bottom of the cleaning tank to separate the submerged material from the floating material. The floating plastic is scooped out by the discharge drum and sent to the dewatering machine for dehydration, resulting in plastic with lower water content
3: Selection process: Separate other impurities from the bottle slices to obtain clean bottle slices
The entire set of equipment is operated on an assembly line, only requiring feeding in the front and manual bagging at the back, without the need for manual labor in the middle, which is efficient and energy-saving.
