Paper making calcium carbonate conveying pumpIt is a positive displacement pump that increases liquid energy by changing the working volume through relative motion between the rotor and the pump body. Its core structure consists of a synchronous rotating rotor pair and a stationary pump body. The rotor surface is designed with tooth grooves or cam structures, forming a sealed chamber with the inner wall of the pump body. By continuously rotating the rotor, the chamber volume undergoes periodic changes, completing the process of liquid suction, compression, and discharge. This type of pump has no suction valve and discharge valve, and relies on the geometric fit between the rotor and the pump body to achieve sealing. It has the characteristics of compact structure and few components, and is suitable for fluid transportation scenarios with high viscosity, particle content, or high hygiene requirements.
working principle
The conveying rotor pump drives two rotors installed on two shafts to rotate in opposite directions through synchronous gears. A sealed chamber is formed between the rotor and the pump casing. During rotation, the air at the inlet end is expelled to create a vacuum, and the material is sucked in and filled into the chamber. As the rotor rotates, the material is pushed to the outlet end for discharge, achieving continuous operation. The core mechanism is to periodically change the working volume through the geometric coordination between the rotor and the pump body, so that the liquid can complete energy conversion and transportation in the sealed chamber.
Paper making calcium carbonate conveying pumpPrecautions for use
Selection and installation:
Select based on factors such as viscosity, density, temperature, and chemical properties of the conveying medium.
Strictly follow the installation specifications to ensure that the pump body, flange, or support has sufficient rigidity to reduce vibration and noise generated during operation.
Pre startup inspection:
Check if the pump body, motor, and accessories are intact, if the fasteners are loose, and if any foreign objects have entered the pump.
For components that require lubrication (such as bearings), check whether the lubricating oil is sufficient, clean, and add or replace lubricating oil as required.
Check if the sealing device of the pump is installed correctly, if the sealing surface is clean and undamaged, and apply lubricant appropriately.
Operation monitoring:
During the operation of the pump, it is necessary to closely observe whether the parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and vibration of the pump are normal.
Pay attention to whether there are any abnormal sounds or odors inside the pump.
Establish a regular inspection system to conduct regular checks on the operation status of pumps.
Shutdown maintenance:
Before stopping the machine, the inlet and outlet valves should be closed first, and then the power should be cut off to stop the motor from running.
Regularly maintain and upkeep high viscosity pumps, including cleaning the pump body, replacing worn parts, checking sealing, etc.
Keep the pump body and surrounding environment clean to prevent debris from entering the pump and affecting its performance.
Other precautions:
Avoid using cleaning agents that have a corrosive effect on the material of the pump body.
For high viscosity pumps that are not used for a long time, measures should be taken to prevent rust, moisture, and dust.
In special circumstances, if it is necessary to adjust the clearance of the pump to adapt to changes in material viscosity, it should be done under the guidance of professionals.
