Polyurethane conveying pumpIt is a volumetric rotor pump designed specifically for high viscosity and highly corrosive media in the chemical industry. It adopts a double cam rotor synchronous reverse rotation structure and forms a sealed chamber through the geometric fit between the rotor and the pump body.
Performance Characteristics
High viscosity adaptability: It can transport media with a wide range of viscosities, including semi-solid high viscosity polyurethane slurries.
Strong corrosion resistance: The overcurrent components are made of stainless steel or special alloy materials, which are resistant to acid, alkali, and organic solvent corrosion.
Low shear design: There is no direct contact between rotors, reducing shear damage to polyurethane molecular chains and maintaining stable material properties.
Strong self-priming ability: The inlet vacuum can reach a high level and can be started without the need for pumping.
Convenient maintenance: The pump cover is designed for quick opening, supports online maintenance, has fewer vulnerable parts, and reduces downtime costs.
Reliable sealing: The combination of mechanical seal and packing seal prevents medium leakage and meets environmental protection requirements.
Polyurethane conveying pumpThe precautions for use are as follows:
1. Use the specified voltage, and the line voltage must not exceed plus or minus one tenth of the voltage specified on the pump nameplate before use.
2. Connect the motor after unboxing. And connect the motor immediately, so that the pump body and motor are integrated, and connect the water outlet pipe.
Before use, check that all components are in good condition before starting up for use.
4. It is not suitable for idle operation. When in use, stop the pump immediately after suction is complete. Otherwise, it will accelerate the wear of impeller seals, bearings, etc., and may also wear down the pump tubing.
5. Replace the electric brush in a timely manner when it is worn out and cannot be used. It is necessary to replace the two electric brushes in a timely manner (at the same time), otherwise it will cause poor contact between the electric brushes and the commutator, resulting in damage to the commutator and, in severe cases, burning out the armature.
6. Do not use in the following situations. If insulation damage, cracked or poorly contacted plugs and sockets, broken power cord or cable sheaths, intermittent operation, sparks or other faults are found during use, the motor housing should be repaired immediately. Do not use it before repair.
7. To prevent overload, in case of abnormal or reduced speed during use. Stop the machine immediately to check if there are any debris stuck in the impeller or if the motor has malfunctioned. When the pump brakes due to a problem, cut off the power immediately.
8. Use tools with care. All coating pumps should be handled with care to avoid impact.
