Paper strength agent conveying pumpworking principle
The rotary pump delivers through a pair of cam rotors that rotate synchronously in reverse. The rotor is driven by an external synchronous gear, forming a sealed volume inside the pump body. When the rotor rotates, the suction side volume expands to generate negative pressure, and the material is sucked in; As the rotor continues to rotate, the material is enclosed in the volume chamber between the rotor and the pump body and transported to the discharge side; The discharge side volume decreases, and the material is squeezed out of the pump body. The entire process is valve free and relies on the gap seal between the rotor and the pump body to achieve continuous delivery.
