Yogurt delivery pumpworking principle
The rotary pump delivers through a pair of cam rotors that rotate synchronously in reverse. The rotor is driven by an external synchronous gear, forming a sealed volume inside the pump body. When the rotor rotates, the suction side volume expands to generate negative pressure, and the material is sucked in; As the rotor continues to rotate, the material is enclosed in the volume chamber between the rotor and the pump body and transported to the discharge side; The discharge side volume decreases, and the material is squeezed out of the pump body. The entire process is valve free and relies on the gap seal between the rotor and the pump body to achieve continuous delivery.

Strong adaptability: It can handle materials with a wide range of viscosities, including high viscosity sauces and media containing solid particles, without damaging the composition of the materials.
Efficient and stable: Low speed design reduces shear force, ensuring smooth conveying process and continuous flow without pulses.
Health and safety: The parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel 304/316L material, with a surface finish of less than 0.8 μ m, in compliance with FDA, 3A, EHEDG standards, and supporting CIP/SIP cleaning.
Easy maintenance: modular design, quick disassembly and assembly, few vulnerable parts, reliable mechanical seal, reducing maintenance costs.
Strong self-priming ability: With high suction vacuum, it can handle gas containing media and reduce gas resistance.

Media pretreatment: Large particle impurities need to be filtered before transportation to prevent blockage of the pump chamber, especially for yogurt containing fruit particles.
Operation monitoring: Regularly check the mechanical seal leakage and bearing temperature rise to ensure reliable sealing and avoid bacterial leakage.
Shutdown protection: When the pump is not in use for a long time, it is necessary to clean the residual medium inside the pump to prevent the yogurt from settling and solidifying, which may cause the rotor to get stuck.
Temperature control: Cooling devices should be installed in high-temperature environments to prevent the inactivation of active bacterial communities.
Anti corrosion measures: Select corrosion-resistant materials based on the acidity and alkalinity of the medium to extend the service life of the pump body.
