1. After the machine is installed properly, it needs to be tested before initial use to check the direction of motor operation, whether there are any abnormal noises during machine operation, and whether the operation is smooth.
2. If everything is normal during the test run of the empty machine, the work before feeding can be carried out.
3. Clean the machine to ensure that there are no impurities contaminating the raw materials.
4. Confirm if the entrance door on the barrel is sealed properly and if the pressure port is securely fastened.
5. Before loading the powder mixer, slowly loosen the powder drum downwards. When the powder drum is placed in the lowest position, remove the powder drum, open the lid, align the bottom of the powder shaft with the wear-resistant alloy groove at the bottom of the powder drum, straighten the powder shaft, slowly introduce the specified amount of powder into the powder drum, cover the powder lid, and install the powder drum on the powder mixer workbench in the reverse order of removing the powder drum. Set the working time of the powder mixer on the powder mixer control board.
