Structural principle:
1. The difference between single acting pneumatic actuators and double acting pneumatic actuators:
Single acting and double acting pneumatic ball valves refer to the pneumatic actuators equipped with pneumatic ball valves, which can be divided into single acting and double acting. The difference is that a single acting cylinder has a spring inside, while a double acting cylinder does not. Therefore, the price of single acting pneumatic actuators is higher than that of double acting pneumatic actuators.
Single acting pneumatic actuators are generally divided into normally open and normally closed types (normally open type: ventilation closed, gas cutoff open; normally closed type: ventilation open, gas cutoff closed). That is to say, there is a setting before installation, which sets it as open or closed. If it is normally open, it means that the pneumatic actuator closes the valve under ventilation. If the gas source fails or there is a sudden power outage, the single acting pneumatic actuator will automatically reset to the open state by the spring, which means it will return to its set state. If it is set as closed, it will return to the closed state. It is generally used more in dangerous working conditions, such as transporting flammable gases or liquids, and in emergency situations when the gas source is lost. At this time, single acting pneumatic actuators can automatically reset to reduce danger, while double acting actuators cannot reset.
The double acting pneumatic actuator opens the valve when it is ventilated, and can only be closed when the other side is ventilated. The double acting pneumatic actuator is reset by the cylinder and can only remain in place when the air source is lost.

What isPFA?
PFA plastic is a copolymer of a small amount of perfluoropropyl perfluorovinyl ether and polytetrafluoroethylene. The melt adhesion is enhanced, and the viscosity of the solution decreases, while the performance remains unchanged compared to polytetrafluoroethylene. This type of resin can be directly processed into products using ordinary thermoplastic molding methods. Suitable for producing corrosion-resistant parts, wear-resistant parts, seals, insulation parts, and medical device components, insulation layers for high-temperature wires and cables, anti-corrosion equipment, sealing materials, pump valve liners, and chemical containers.

1. Perfluoroethylene propyleneFEP(F46)

Features:Due to the unique molecular chemical chain structure, F4 resin has strong corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. However, polytetrafluoroethylene has the disadvantage of difficult processing, with a high scrap rate during production, resulting in higher processing costs than F46.
3Soluble polytetrafluoroethylene(PFA)
Features:PFA resin is a new variety developed to overcome the difficulties in processing and molding polytetrafluoroethylene, while maintaining the excellent performance of F4. Good mechanical and electrical insulation performance, with the advantage of easy processing and shaping, making it a substitute material for polytetrafluoroethylene.
4. Enhanced polypropylene(FRPP)
Characteristics: It is one of the lighter plastics, with yield strength, tensile strength, and compressive strength superior to polyethylene. It has outstanding rigidity, heat resistance, and ease of molding. After modification, the impact and fluidity have been improved.
5. Polyolefin(PO)

Installation and usage precautions:
1. Remove the protective covers on both sides of the flange end and rinse and clean with the valve * open.
2. Before installing the pneumatic control valve, a complete machine test should be conducted according to the specified signal (electric or pneumatic) to prevent vibration from affecting performance during transportation. Only after passing the test can it be installed online (wiring should follow the electric actuator circuit diagram).
3. Before connecting to the pipeline, it is necessary to flush and remove any remaining impurities in the pipeline (which may damage the valve seat and ball).
4. During installation, please do not use the actuator part of the pneumatic valve as a lifting point to avoid damaging the actuator and components.
5. Pneumatic regulating ball valves should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.
6. The pipeline near the installation point should not have any low hanging or external force bearing phenomenon. Pipe supports or supports can be used to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline.
7. After connecting to the pipeline, please cross tighten the flange connection bolts with the specified torque.
8. If the valve body is lined with an anti-corrosion layer, a corrosion-resistant soft pad should be used when installing it on the pipeline, and care should be taken not to damage the sealing surface of the valve body flange.
9. The packing gland should be inspected regularly to prevent damage to other parts and accidents caused by leakage and corrosion.
