Product Features:
1. Using nylon butterfly plates, it has excellent wear reduction and self-lubricating properties, and the operating torque is reduced by 40% compared to ordinary butterfly valves;
2. The sealing surface has good wear resistance (nylon has seven times the wear resistance of copper), which can significantly extend the service life of butterfly valves. Compared with ordinary centerline butterfly valves, the service life can be significantly extended by three times;
3. Nylon material has no toxicity and is antibacterial and enzyme resistant, meeting the increasingly important requirements for green environmental protection;
4. Nylon has excellent alkali and salt resistance, resistance to weak acid corrosion, inertness to organic compounds, and a wide range of adaptability;
5. The optional no pin connection ensures the isolation between the medium and the metal, improves the reliability of the product, and simplifies the maintenance of the butterfly valve;
6. The connection size between the product and the pipeline flange meets the standards of existing butterfly valve products.

The difference between single acting pneumatic actuators and double acting pneumatic actuators:
Single acting pneumatic actuators are generally divided into normally open and normally closed types (normally open type: ventilation closed, gas cutoff open; normally closed type: ventilation open, gas cutoff closed). That is to say, there is a setting before installation, which sets it as open or closed. If it is normally open, it means that the pneumatic actuator closes the valve under ventilation. If the gas source fails or there is a sudden power outage, the single acting pneumatic actuator will automatically reset to the open state by the spring, which means it will return to its set state. If it is set as closed, it will return to the closed state. It is generally used more in dangerous working conditions, such as transporting flammable gases or liquids, and in emergency situations when the gas source is lost. At this time, single acting pneumatic actuators can automatically reset to reduce danger, while double acting actuators cannot reset.
The double acting pneumatic actuator opens the valve when it is ventilated, and can only be closed when the other side is ventilated. The double acting pneumatic actuator is reset by the cylinder and can only remain in place when the air source is lost.
