Instrument composition
Portable VOCS detector (FID principle)It is a product that adopts internal design integration and high modularity, with compact distribution between modules and easy maintenance. These modules include gas path module, circuit control module, FID detector module, as well as externally configured sampling module and handheld module.

Detection principle and explosion-proof form
This instrument uses a hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID), It is a flame generated by the combustion of hydrogen and air as energy. When organic compounds enter the flame of hydrogen and oxygen combustion, chemical ionization occurs at high temperatures, producing ions several orders of magnitude higher than the base flow. Under the directional action of a high-voltage electric field, an ion flow is formed. The weak ion flow is amplified by high resistance and becomes an electrical signal proportional to the amount of organic compounds entering the flame. Therefore, quantitative analysis of organic compounds can be carried out based on the size of the signal. The characteristics of hydrogen flame detector are simple structure, high detection performance, high stability, second level response, and wide linear range.
Portable VOCS detector (FID principle)It mainly consists of a detector host, a handheld sampler, a battery charger, a high-voltage inflation kit, a gas storage tank, a pressure regulating valve, a pump, a FID detection module, an explosion-proof handheld device, and handheld device battery charger components. The explosion-proof chamber of the instrument FID detector adopts a hollow cylindrical joint surface and explosion-proof thread. The sampling gas path and the inlet and outlet of the FID detector are installed using stainless steel sintered filters. Two miniature solenoid valves and sampling pumps are installed inside stainless steel mounting boxes and sealed with epoxy resin. Printed circuit boards use circuits that comply with standard requirements, including electrical parameters, control diagrams, fuses, resistors, reliable components, reliable connections, etc., and cannot generate electrical sparks or thermal effects to ignite circuits in explosive gas environments.
