Working principle of air flotation tank:
The air flotation tank consists of an aerator, an air flotation tank body, a scraper, and an electrical control box. The aerator sucks in air at high speed through the motor, generating bubbles. Then, the "microbubbles" are evenly distributed in the sewage through a stainless steel diffuser impeller. The aerator uses the high-speed rotation of the drive impeller to generate centrifugal force, and creates negative pressure around it to draw air or other gases above the water surface into the aeration port, which is then released from the submerged aeration outlet. When bubbles are generated in the small holes of the diffuser impeller, the high-speed rotating impeller will cut the bubbles into a diameter of 30~! The fine bubble fragments of 100 microns, after being flocculated, enter the air flotation tank and mix with these microbubbles to bring the solid suspension to the surface. During the process of floating, microbubbles will adhere to suspended solids. After reaching the water surface, the solid suspended solids will be supported and maintained on the water surface by these bubbles. The surface formed floating slag will be scraped into the floating slag tank by a scraper.
