QS series hoist

The QS series hoist adopts screw rod transmission, which can realize the up and down or rotational movement of the opened and closed parts. Structure and working principle

The S-series hoist can be divided into manual disc type, hand cranked type, and dual-purpose flashlight type; The dual-purpose flashlight hoist can be divided into ordinary and electromechanical integrated types. Its working principle is that the handwheel or motor drives the thrust nut to rotate, and under the action of trapezoidal threads, the screw rod drives the gate body to move up and down, achieving the purpose of opening and closing.

3. The driving device adopts oil bath lubrication, and the gear material is treated with low alloy steel carburizing. The tooth surface hardness is not less than HRC58, and the bearing life is not less than 100000 hours. In any case, the oil bath gearbox is sealed and does not require maintenance;

4. The electric device has accurate limit, high sensitivity, and bidirectional "torque" protection. The motor is equipped with overload and overheating protection, and can still operate normally when the voltage drops to 90% of the normal voltage.
