Overview
The online sampler for reaction vessels can be equipped with circulating water cooling modules and large particle material modules according to user requirements. Reactor online sampler in stockfeature
1. The reactor sampler uses vacuum to extract materials from the reactor and is automatically controlled by PLC. It can set the cleaning frequency for the extracted materials, automatically clean the pipeline system, and can also take temporary samples on time or manually according to customer settings;
2. Sampling at temperatures above 120 degrees Celsius, as well as large particle materials and solid-liquid mixtures, can be done without the need for a water cooling device;
3. Select Hastelloy inner tube and PTFE lined sampling valve;
4. Capable of online sampling in highly corrosive environments;
5. The nitrogen blowback interface can be connected to high-pressure gas to clear the pipeline when it is blocked, and to clean the pipeline and system with cleaning solution during cleaning;
6. Similar to the diaphragm pump sampler, a sampling bottle can be used for large-scale sampling;
7. Stainless steel needles or Hastelloy needles are used for closed small-scale sampling, suitable for sampling in special working conditions such as high toxicity, strong corrosion, and smoke emission.
