1. Overview
With the development of power system construction, the automation level of monitoring, system fault and protection action behavior analysis and management of relay protection is relatively lagging behind. At the same time, the professional division of the original dispatch system can no longer meet the needs of the market. In order to meet the needs of the development of the power system and user demands, Baoding Yuxin has developed the WT-01 comprehensive protection information management system on a standardized power software platform based on years of practical experience in substation monitoring, station communication networking, equipment protocol conversion, and power analysis applications. The system includes two parts: the main station system and the substation system, in accordance with international and national standards.
2. System functions
① Protect device access
The system is connected to the protection device through optical fiber, eliminating interference from the system to the protection device; The system can support multiple communication protocols in China's power system, enabling access to most relay protection manufacturer equipment, such as IEC60870-5-101, IEC60870-5-103, IEC60870-5-104, Sifang Protection Protocol, Nanrui Protection Protocol (LFP), Nanzi Protection Protocol (TCP103), Xuji Protection Protocol, MODBUS Protocol, Yinshan Recorder Protocol, Wuhan Zhongyuan Recorder Protocol, Shanda Recorder Protocol, and Shenzhen Dual Union Recorder Protocol. The communication drive mode and protocol interpretation module of the equipment can be extended.
② Data forwarding
The substation system has the function of forwarding to multiple main stations and other systems, and can simultaneously forward to multiple levels of main stations. The forwarding channel supports both digital and analog channels, and uses TCP/IP network for forwarding. Trip event reports are prioritized for transmission.
③ Equipment inspection
The substation system automatically inspects all connected protection devices, fault recorders, etc. If a device fault is found, the substation system will automatically generate an equipment fault report and save it, and actively send it to the main station system according to pre-set conditions.
④ Offline modeling
The monitoring platform adopts a fully graphical system modeling, with primary system modeling following IEC61970 and secondary system modeling following IEC61850.
⑤ Equipment management
Integrated with device related management functions, including device information retrieval, device ledger, defect management, fixed value management, statistical analysis, etc.
⑥ Operation management
This includes functions such as viewing protection analog quantities, viewing protection switch quantities, signal reset, pressure plate on/off operation, fixed value up call, fixed value verification, online monitoring of fault information, fault query statistics, protection behavior evaluation, reclosing evaluation, and online monitoring of fault information.
