Characteristics of sand washing wastewater treatment

2. Storage difficulties: There is no large capacity sewage tank on site, and direct discharge will pollute the environment. The transportation cost by car is high, and on-site treatment is a good solution; This requires a large single unit processing capacity of the sewage treatment equipment, with sufficient "capacity" to digest the sewage in a timely manner.
3. Easy to separate: The solid phase and liquid phase of sewage have a large weight difference and are easy to separate. Therefore, when designing a sewage centrifuge, a smaller aspect ratio should be taken, and a larger differential speed should be maintained during operation. All parts in contact with sand washing wastewater are made of high-strength wear-resistant hard alloy. The entire process of wastewater separation, dehydration, and dewatering is fully enclosed, clean on site, easy to install, occupies a small area, has low civil engineering costs, is easy to operate and maintain, and has a long normal operation time.
[Scope of use]
1. The removal rates of mixed wastewater containing multiple metal ions, chromium, copper, iron, zinc, nickel, etc. in electroplating wastewater are all above 90%. Generally, electroplating wastewater can meet the discharge standards after treatment.
2. Coal mine and mineral processing wastewater can reduce turbidity from 500-1500 milligrams per liter to 5 milligrams per liter.
