HBS ® The process is developed by our company and is a biological doubling water treatment system powered by an air source. In the secondary treatment (biochemistry+sedimentation) and deep treatment (coagulation sedimentation+filtration) stages, underwater does not require mechanical power equipment, but can achieve a doubling of the number of microorganisms, oxygenation efficiency, and tank capacity utilization per unit volume. Its effluent quality can meet the standards of Class IV or even Class III surface water bodies, with advantages such as small footprint, low investment, low operating costs, and easy maintenance. This process is particularly suitable for in-situ upgrading and renovation of sewage treatment plants and fully buried garden style sewage treatment plants, and has been successfully applied for over 10 years in Beijing, Hebei, Ningxia and other places.

1. The process, biochemical section, and deep treatment section have no mechanical power equipment underwater. The entire process can achieve one fan and three pumps, stable operation, and can be maintained and repaired without stopping production. It has strong resistance to water quality risks, can save 90% of carbon source input, reduce sludge production, and is low-carbon and environmentally friendly.

2. Easy operation and management; Low comprehensive management costs (energy consumption savings of 20% to 40%, maintenance costs savings of 80%, and operational personnel savings of 30%).

3. The land area is saved (20% -30% less than conventional technology), and the fully buried design is conducive to site selection, saving land indicators. The above ground area can be used for leisure squares, roads, parks, parking lots, farmland reclamation, etc.

4. Strong ability to withstand impact loads, adaptable to a wide range of incoming water sources (municipal, industrial, aquaculture, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, etc.), and consistently meeting water quality standards.

5. The construction and renovation period is short (2-6 months). Old sewage treatment plants can be upgraded and expanded without changing the original civil structure.

6. The sustainable and stable effluent meets the surface water standards of Class III and IV, which is a high standard discharge process for domestic sewage treatment.
