Features:
After integrating the usage of this type of product both domestically and internationally, an improved design has been developed to address the inconvenience of replacing lining strips and the inability to adjust the screw axial position. Its features are as follows:
1. The sedimentation device and sand conveying device of the sand water separator are enclosed integrated structures, and have the characteristics of compact structure, light weight, high work reliability, and low maintenance workload.
2. The separation efficiency of the sand water separator can reach 96% to 98%, and particles with a particle size of ≥ 0.2nn can be separated with a recovery rate of not less than 98%; The removal rate of gravel with a diameter greater than 0.1mm shall not be less than 80%.
3. Under normal circumstances, the sand water separator matches the performance of the sand pump between the pump type sand settling device and the sand storage room. When requested by BI, it can also run continuously
4. The material of important components such as the shell, bracket, and sand conveyor of the sand water separator is made of stainless steel. The conveying screw in the U-shaped groove is a shaftless screw, and its structural design is to ensure material circulation and no blockage; The shaftless spiral body has sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure that it will not deform or elongate under large working loads.
5. The support bearing of the shaftless spiral is waterproof, dustproof, wear-resistant, and automatically lubricated.
6. The separation tank of the sand water separator is made of stainless steel processing and welding, with a semi-circular bottom, used to support the screw conveyor. The water inlet and overflow pipe are installed at the upper part of the container, and the drainage pipe is installed at the lower part for easy maintenance. All fittings and flanges are made of stainless steel.
7. The design of the inlet and outlet pipe diameter of the sand water separator can prevent blockage by impurities in the water.
8. The configuration of the sand water sharing machine and its conveying components is suitable for both continuous and intermittent work requirements.
9. The U-shaped spiral groove is equipped with a sufficient number of replaceable lining bodies, with a simple structure, long service life, and easy replacement.
10. There are no high-speed running parts in the equipment, so the screw wear is low and there is almost no need for maintenance.
11. The driving device adopts a shaft mounted reducer, and the output shaft is directly connected to the screw.
Installation size:


operation
1. The sand water separator should be placed horizontally on the operating platform, and the bottom must be fixed to the ground with bolts. Only when there is no obvious vibration can it be operated;
2. Before using the sand water separator, it is necessary to add mechanical oil to the reducer;
3. After connecting the power supply of the sand water separator, observe whether the screw rotates in the correct direction and always rotates towards the logistics outlet direction;
4. After the sand water separator is turned on, check for any hard debris in the material. If there are any abnormalities in the conveyor, stop immediately for inspection.
Installation precautions:
1. The installation angle error of the equipment is plus or minus 1 degree;
2. The equipment is not allowed to collide and effective measures need to be taken to protect it. There should be no scratches or wear on the equipment;
3. Check if the engine oil is normal before starting up;
4. After confirming that all components are correct and there is no friction, normal operation can be entered;
5. When the sand water separator is in operation, the protective cover must not be removed;
6. If the equipment malfunctions, it should be immediately stopped and the manufacturer should be notified for repair.
