Slanted explosion-proof filter cartridge dust collector dust collection cabinet
The working principle of the oblique insertion filter cartridge dust collector is based on filtration separation technology, which achieves efficient purification of dusty gases through an orderly process. When dust containing gases are generated in industrial production, these gases enter the inlet system of the inclined filter cartridge dust collector under the negative pressure of the fan. The air inlet duct transports the dusty gas to the inside of the box, and the flow guide device guides the airflow to spread evenly, avoiding direct impact of the airflow on the inclined filter cartridge, preventing rapid local wear of the filter cartridge, and ensuring that the filtering load borne by each filter cartridge is uniform.
After entering the filtration zone, the dusty gas will come into contact with the surface of the slanted filter cartridge. The filter material of the inclined insertion filter cartridge has a fine pore structure, which can intercept dust particles in the gas. Dust particles are adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter cartridge under the effects of inertial collision, interception, and diffusion, while clean gas passes through the filter cartridge and enters the clean gas zone. Due to the inclined installation of the inclined filter cartridge, the contact area with the airflow is increased, which can improve the filtration efficiency in a limited space. This is also one of the advantages of the inclined filter cartridge dust collector compared to traditional dust collectors.
As the filtration time prolongs, the dust on the surface of the slanted filter cartridge will gradually accumulate to form a dust layer, which will lead to an increase in equipment resistance and affect air flow and filtration efficiency. At this point, the dust cleaning device of the inclined filter cartridge dust collector will automatically start. Taking pulse jet cleaning as an example, the control system triggers the pulse valve action based on preset time or resistance parameters, and the compressed air in the air storage bag is rapidly sprayed into the inclined insertion filter cartridge through the jet pipe. The shock wave formed by compressed air causes the filter cartridge to instantly expand, and coupled with the effect of reverse airflow, the dust layer on the surface of the filter cartridge will be effectively peeled off.
The stripped dust falls into the ash hopper at the bottom of the equipment under the action of gravity. The dust in the ash hopper gradually accumulates, and when it reaches a certain amount, the bottom ash discharge device will start to discharge the dust to the collection equipment (such as a silo or transport vehicle) to avoid dust blockage in the ash hopper. After the dust cleaning is completed, the slanted filter cartridge will restore its good filtering performance and continue with the filtering work.
The purified clean gas, under the action of the fan, is discharged from the inclined insertion filter cartridge dust collector through the outlet duct of the air outlet system, and can be directly discharged into the atmosphere or reused in the production workshop. Throughout the entire work process, each system operates in coordination to form a continuous dust removal cycle, ensuring that the inclined filter cartridge dust collector can stably and efficiently process dusty gases, reducing the harm of dust to the environment and human health.
