There are various types of wastewater with diverse characteristics and treatment methods. Some wastewater, due to its high concentration of salts (such as sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, ammonium chloride, zinc sulfate, etc.), cannot be treated by biochemical or other methods, and can only be treated by evaporation desalination to meet discharge standards; Some wastewater can be concentrated through evaporation to turn the substances in the wastewater into treasure.
3、 Composition of wastewater desalination evaporator:
1. Preheater: In most cases, the solution to be evaporated must be heated before entering the evaporator.
2. Heater: The solution that needs to be evaporated exchanges heat with the heat source steam in the evaporator, resulting in evaporation. Select different types of evaporators based on the properties of different solutions.
3. Separators: Used for separating steam and liquid, different separators can be selected according to the properties of different solutions, generally including centrifugal separators, gravity separators, or separators with special structures.
4. Its empty system: maintains the vacuum degree of the entire system, extracts some air, non condensable gases, and gases brought in by the solution from the device to achieve a stable evaporation state of the system.
5. Pump: Transport the solution to be evaporated and the concentrated solution. According to the different properties of the solution, different types of pumps can be selected, generally including centrifugal pumps, volumetric pumps, and screw pumps.
6. MVR compressor system: By compressing the secondary steam to provide an evaporative heat source, it improves the heat dissipation of the secondary steam. According to the requirements of different flow rates and compression ratios, multiple compressors can be selected. For situations where the pressure rise is increased, multi-stage compressors can be used in series.
7. Control system: The MVR evaporation system control center adjusts the motor speed, valves, flow meters, temperature, and pressure to achieve automatic evaporation, cleaning, shutdown, and other operations.
