Soft sealed ball valves are mainly used to cut off or connect media, and can also be used for fluid regulation and control. Ketem ball valves have the following advantages: low fluid resistance. Ball valves have the lowest fluid resistance among all valve types, and even reduced diameter ball valves have relatively low fluid resistance; The switch is fast and convenient. As long as the valve stem rotates 90 °, the ball valve completes the fully open or fully closed action, making it easy to achieve rapid opening and closing with good sealing performance; The sealing ring of the ball valve seat is generally made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, which is easy to ensure sealing, and the sealing force of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure. The extended valve stem seal is reliable. When the ball valve is opened and closed, the valve stem only rotates, so the packing seal of the valve stem is not easily damaged, and the sealing force of the valve stem reverse seal increases with the increase of medium pressure; The opening and closing of the ball valve can only rotate 90 degrees, making it easy to achieve automation and remote control. The ball valve can be equipped with pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, pneumatic hydraulic or electro-hydraulic linkage devices; The ball valve channel is flat and smooth, not easy to deposit media, and can be used for pipeline ball passing.

*Adopting ISO actuator installation standards, achieving zero leakage, and using pure white PTFE/PFA soft seats to prevent contamination of the medium;
*The fire safety test complies with API 607 Fourth Edition. When the soft valve seat burns out, the metal to metal valve seat forms a secondary seal, which is designed for fire safety (standard structure), anti blowout valve stem design, anti-static design, and high precision spherical machining of the ball body. When two independent valve bodies are connected together, they have a good team;
*Enhanced PTFE bearings and packing rings can reduce friction, have low operating torque, lower actuator costs, and clearly indicate valve position switches. Compliant with NACE MR-01-75 anti sulfide brittle fracture standard, equipped with locking mechanism, dye penetrant testing, and extended valve stem.
