1、 Introduction

The yarn length measuring machine is also known as a hundred meter winding machine, because in practical use, it is usually used to shake 100 meters of yarn, so it has such a vivid name. 3、 Execution standards and operating methods

Operation method:

Adjust the humidity balance of the yarn sample under standard temperature and humidity conditions (such as 20 ± 2 ° C, 65 ± 4% RH) for at least 24 hours, set the number of winding turns, adjust and set the pre tensioner according to the standard or yarn type, clean the yarn frame to ensure no burrs, lead out the yarn from the package, thread it through the yarn guide hook and tension device, and fix the yarn head on the clip of the yarn frame. Start the instrument, the yarn frame begins to rotate at a constant speed, and the yarn guide device moves laterally to evenly arrange the yarn on the yarn frame. After reaching the set number of turns, the instrument automatically stops. Be careful to remove the yarn and tie a knot to prevent it from unraveling. Ensure that the joint is secure and does not affect the length. Weighing: Use an electronic balance with an accuracy of at least 0.001g to weigh the net weight of the yarn, substitute it into the formula for calculation, usually requiring testing multiple yarns (such as 10), taking the average as the final result, and calculating the coefficient of variation CV%.
