4、 Operation process

1. Power on preparation: Connect the device power supply, confirm that the power supply voltage is AC220V 50Hz, check if the emergency stop button is in the normal release state, turn on the industrial control integrated computer, and wait for the system to start up to the operation interface.

2. Sample clamping: Select an appropriate fixture based on the test items (such as static bending strength, internal bonding strength, etc.), fix the prepared standard artificial board sample on the fixture in the direction and position required by the execution standard, ensure that the sample clamping is firm and does not generate additional stress, and adjust the fixture spacing to the appropriate position through the test bench lifting device.

3. Program settings: Select the corresponding test program on the color 12 inch touch control interface. If you need to customize parameters, you can modify key parameters such as test range, force loading speed, and test speed. After setting, save and call the program.

4. Test execution: After confirming that the sample clamping and parameter settings are correct, click the "Start Test" button. The equipment will automatically load, collect data, and control the process according to the preset program, and display real-time test data and curves such as force values, displacement, deformation, etc. on the interface.

5. Data processing: After the test is completed, the device automatically stops loading, and the test bench can choose to manually or automatically return to the initial position. The system automatically calculates and displays the test results (such as strength values, modulus values, etc.), supports printing test reports through WiFi connected printers, and can also export data to storage devices.

6. Shutdown cleaning: After the test is completed, turn off the industrial control integrated computer, disconnect the main power supply of the equipment, clean the surface of the fixture of any remaining debris, check whether all components of the equipment are in normal condition, and keep a record of the equipment usage.

6、 Equipment maintenance and upkeep:

To ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment, it is necessary to regularly clean the host, remove surface dust and debris; Check the power cord connection for firmness and any damage every month; Add specialized lubricating oil to power components such as servo motors and ball screws every quarter to reduce mechanical wear; Regularly calibrate force sensors and displacement measurement systems to ensure the accuracy of detection data; After using the fixture, it should be cleaned in a timely manner to avoid residual sample debris affecting the accuracy of the next clamping. When storing, anti rust oil should be applied and placed in a dry and ventilated place. If abnormal noise or data fluctuations are found during daily use, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection, and professional personnel should be contacted for handling. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble the core components of the equipment without authorization.
