The diaphragm is made of a multi-layer composite structure, with the first layer being a super tough Teflon acid resistant film, the second layer being EPDM elastic rubber, the third layer being 3.0mm SUS304 supporting the iron core, the fourth layer being reinforced with nylon fibers, and the fifth layer being wrapped with EPDM elastic rubber, which can effectively extend the service life of the diaphragm.

Cast aluminum shell, high heat dissipation performance, light overall weight, suitable for various acid-base drugs, non-toxic and odorless.

Adopting a cam mechanism, it can transport high viscosity media, corrosive liquids, and hazardous chemicals without leakage as a whole. It can be placed on medicine tanks or pipelines, and the pump head in contact with the medium is made of PVC, optional PTFE, and stainless steel materials.

High cost-effectiveness, widely applicable to the water treatment industry with low pressure requirements. The flow rate can also be adjusted arbitrarily and the output can be quantified when the pump is running or stopped.

1. All parts in direct contact with the medium are made of 304/316 stainless steel. Suitable for general particles, non-toxic and odorless.

2. Precision cast shell, durable, precision cast shell, cast copper worm gear and wear-resistant ball bearings, lubricating oil to lubricate all driving parts.

3. All vulnerable parts have undergone special treatment to ensure quality assurance.

4. The internally configured regulator assembly extends the service life of the pump and reduces noise.

5. Quantitative output, the flow rate can be adjusted arbitrarily when the pump is running or stopped, with a high precision of up to plus or minus one percent.

6. The series with the highest discharge pressure can reach up to 500KG.
