After installing a protective sheath, this electric heater has a large heating area, fast heat transfer, and can effectively prevent carbonization of the heated medium. Due to the flange connection between the electric heater and the box, the heater is isolated from the heating medium, making maintenance more convenient. When repairing, only the heating core needs to be removed and a new heater needs to be replaced.
Sheath type tubular electric heaters are used for heating hydraulic and lubricating oil in hydraulic and lubrication devices, as well as for heating non corrosive gases and liquids.

Sheath type electric heater structure:
SRY6-8 type, belongs to high-power electric heater. The diameter of the electric heater sleeve is 133mm, and the wall thickness is 5mm seamless steel pipe. The heating core uses three electric heating tubes as one heating element. The wiring device cover is protected by stainless steel, which can effectively protect the safety of the wiring device. Considering the surface heating power, heat dissipation fins can be added to the surface of the sheath according to the actual environment.
