Stepping furnace Co20 cushion blockIt is a heat-resistant steel accessory widely used in stepper furnaces, with characteristics such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. It is mainly used to support workpieces, prevent deformation caused by direct contact with the furnace bottom, and extend the service life of the furnace.
Ingredients:Stepping furnace Co20 cushion blockIt is mainly composed of elements such as carbon (C), chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), and iron (Fe), with carbon content ranging from 0.3% to 0.4%, chromium content ranging from 24% to 26%, and nickel content ranging from 12% to 14%.
Performance:
High temperature resistance: Co20 pads can maintain stable performance in high temperature environments and can work for a long time at 1200 degrees Celsius without significant decrease in strength and hardness.
Corrosion resistance: It has excellent antioxidant capacity and can resist the erosion of acidic, alkaline, and saltwater corrosive media.
Antioxidant: Under high temperature conditions, it is not easy to react with oxygen, thereby extending its service life.
Mechanical properties: Tensile strength ≥ 490MPa, yield strength ≥ 295MPa, elongation ≥ 25%, able to withstand the weight of heavy objects such as steel billets.
2、 Application scenarios
Co20 pads are mainly used in stepper furnaces as important accessories to support workpieces. In the walking furnace, the workpiece is gradually transferred forward through the movement of the walking beam or walking bottom, and Co20 pads are placed on the furnace bottom or walking beam to support the workpiece and prevent it from directly contacting the furnace bottom, thereby avoiding deformation of the workpiece and burning of the furnace bottom.
In addition to Co20 pads, there are also pads of Co40, Co50 and other grades available for selection. These different grades of pads have differences in chemical composition and mechanical properties, and users can choose the appropriate grade according to their specific usage situation. For example, Co40 pads have higher tensile strength and yield strength, making them suitable for workpieces that can withstand greater weight; The Co50 pad has higher high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance, making it suitable for working environments at higher temperatures.
