【 Working Principle 】

The treated wastewater enters the microfilter drum along the axial direction and flows out through the sieve in a radial radiation pattern. Impurities in the water (fine suspended solids, fibers, pulp, etc.) are intercepted on the inner surface of the filter screen on the microfilter drum. When impurities trapped on the filter screen are carried to the upper part of the microfilter by the rotary drum, they are backwashed back into the slag discharge tank by pressure flushing water and flow out. During operation, the diameter of 2/5 of the microfilter drum is exposed to the water surface, with a rotation speed of 1-4r/min. The filtration speed of the microfilter and filter screen can be 30-120m/h, the flushing water pressure is 0.5-1.5kg/cm2, and the flushing water volume is 0.5-1.0% of the production water volume. When used for reservoir water treatment, the microfilter has a algae removal efficiency of 40-70% and a plankton removal efficiency of 97-100%. Microfiltration machines have a small footprint, high production capacity (250-36000m3/d), and easy operation and management. Microfiltration machines have been successfully applied in water supply and wastewater treatment.
