WFJ type horizontal axis reaction mixer

The WFJ type horizontal axis reaction mixer is mainly used in the flocculation stage of water plant reaction tanks, to coagulate colloidal particles into larger particles for sedimentation.

Structure and working principle

This device adopts a horizontal axis mixing method, driven by a motor through a reducer to rotate the paddle board. It consists of three parallel horizontal axis paddle boards, which are combined in a 4-stage series connection to slowly stir the water body. The mixing intensity gradually decreases to achieve the best flocculation effect. The water body mixed with the added drugs is further flocculated in the reaction tank.
